Good location and clean rooms.

The hotel was in a good location on the river. I loved having breakfast outside next to the river. The rooms were clean. Hotel staff was very courteous.

Liked the location, the room, and free shuttle to close locations.

No self parking, plus expensive valet parking.

Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, large and very comfortable bed. Only negative was slack of self parking, making it required to valet if you have a car. Airport shuttle would have made this an even nicer hotel. ...read more

Hotel staff were very professional and polite

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I am a diabetic and had to keep my insuline in an ice bucket instead of a refrigerator

Food was excellant. Would stay there again. Didnt get a chance to use the hotel pool.

The staff were very well trained and very courteous. They were by far the best thing about it. I was always greeted by name and made to feel great!

The road noise was way too loud and noise from the hall was very annoying

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very conveinient to downtown and a great location ont he river. It is an old,unattractive building from the 1970's on the outside that has been very nicely remodeled inside. The lobby is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent! I have never stayed in any hotel where I was treated with such courtesy and so consistently greated by name and welcomed. However, the street and hall noises are extreme. It appears that the basic structure of the hotel was not designed to block noises. Even on the fifth floor I was able to hear every car driving by. Every conversation in the hall was carried into my room. This greatly detracted from the stay. ...read more
